Corrections and missing units
This is the most useful mail we get. If a price is stale, a spec is wrong, a manual link is dead, or a unit is missing from the archive entirely, send it over. A source link helps enormously and gets it fixed faster. The methodology page explains how entries are built and scored, if you want to know why something reads the way it does.
Manufacturers and retailers
Happy to hear about a new or updated unit, corrected specs, or an official manual we are missing. To be direct about it: coverage and scores are not for sale, we do not accept payment for placement, and we do not send coverage for review before it goes up. Send facts and they will be checked like any other source. Our terms are on the disclosure page.
What we cannot do
We cannot tell you which unit to buy for your exact room without seeing it, we cannot provide warranty or repair support for gear (that is the manufacturer’s job), and we cannot give you a discount code. If you are stuck between two units, the comparisons and buying guides are the fastest way to a decision.
